Sunflower seeds contain up to 57% oil, soybeans - 15-26% oil, flax - 30-50% oil, sesame - 48-62% oil. These oils are used not only for food, but also for the preparation of preserves and confectionery, margarine. These oils are rich in vitamins and easily digestible. In addition, vegetable oil is used in the paint and varnish industry, soap production, textiles, leather, perfumery and medicine.
