A restriction on truck traffic has been introduced at one of the checkpoints on the border between Ukraine and Romania. The State Border Service of Ukraine reported this on its Facebook page.
“From 20.00 p.m. on November 12, 2023, a restriction on the passage of vehicles weighing more than 2,5 tons will be introduced through the “Solotvyno – Sighetu-Marmatii” checkpoint. The reason for the restrictions is the emergency status of the bridge connecting Ukraine and Romania,” – the statement says.
In this Zusammenhang asks GPSU to consider this information before planning trips abroad. The validity period of the restrictions is not specified.
