In the 12 months of 2023, 3,05 million tons of wheat and wheat-rye flour were produced in Kazakhstan. As APK-Inform reports, citing official statistics, this is slightly less than in 2022 (3,08 million tons).
In December 2023, the volume of flour production in Kazakhstan amounted to 259,65 thousand tons (against 299,88 thousand tons in the same period in 2022).
The leader in flour production in 2023 traditionally remained the Kostanay region (1,18 million tons). It should be noted that in 2022 the region will be slightly less Flour produced – 1,16 million tons.
