For delivery on basis DDP The seller must deliver the goods to a destination in the importing country at his own expense and risk, completing all necessary formalities and bearing all import duties in addition to all costs. DDP means “delivered duty paid” and corresponds in terms of content DAP plus customs and tax processing.
