The Kazakh Ministry of Agriculture plans to increase export quotas for Flour and Wheat to be extended until October 1, 2022. The corresponding draft of the order is published on the «Open NPA» portal.
According to the document, by October this year there will be 550 thousand Tonnen Wheat and Meslin and 370 thousand tons Wheat- or rye flour exported from Kazakhstan.
The permissible limit per applicant for the export of wheat is 50 thousand tons, and flour is 10 thousand tons.
The conditions for awarding the quota remained the same. In particular, for the export of wheat, it is necessary to produce 10% of the exported volume at a fixed price.
The quotas are distributed automatically in a unified automated management system for the sectors of the agro-industrial complex e-Agriculture when issuing phytosanitary certificates.
In April this year, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan imposed restrictions on the export of flour in the volume of 300 thousand tons and wheat until June 15 – 1 million tons. According to data from June 9, quotas are issued for the export of 478,49 thousand tons of wheat and 249,45 thousand tons of flour.
