In Kazakhstan were 21,8 million tons Grains and Legumes harvested, this is one of the highest values in the last 10 years. Such figures were announced by Minister of Agriculture Erbol Karashukiev at a meeting with the President of the Republic, the press service of the head of state announced on October 26.
President Tokaev heard the minister's report on the main results of the development of the branch in 9 months of this year. Karashukeev clarified that the gross product volume increased by 6,9% during this period and reached 6,8 trillion tenge.
After the meeting, Tokaev presented the Minister of Agriculture with a number of tasks on digitizing the agricultural sector, improving the subsidy mechanism and strengthening state support to farmers.
