In the 5 months of the 2022/23 season (July-November), exports of Wheat and Flour from Kazakhstan exceeded similar values of the previous season.
According to official statistics, in July and November 2022, Kazakhstan shipped 2,43 million tons Wheat to foreign markets (vs. 2,35 million tons in the same period of 2021).
The main volume of the grain bought by Uzbekistan - 1,185 million tons of Kazakh wheat were delivered there.
As for wheat flour, its exports have also increased. In 5 months of 2022, Kazakhstan shipped 880,3 thousand tons of these products for export. That is 264 thousand tons more than the comparable value of 2021/22.
The largest amount of Kazakh flour went to Afghanistan (over 621,8 thousand tons).
