Kazakhstan continues to reduce flour production. Thus, in March of this year, 282,05 thousand tons Flour Produced in the Republic of Kazakhstan. This is 2% less than in February this year (288,38 thousand tons) and 10% less than in March 2022 (316,32 thousand tons), reports APA-Inform, citing data from official statistics.
In total, in the 7 months of the current season (September to March) 2,1 million tons Flour produced in Kazakhstan. In the same period of 2021/22, this value was 1,91 million tons.
The Kostanay region is still an unconditional leader in flour production - in September-March 2022/23 822,2 thousand tons of this production were produced there.
