According to the monitoring, the price of the flaxseed market in Kazakhstan has fallen.
From January 27th, oil demand prices have fluctuated mostly in the range of €330-390/tonne on EXW basis, which is on average €10/tonne below the level a week earlier.
According to analysts, the demand for Kazakh flax on foreign markets is not sufficiently active, due to which the demand from export-oriented companies is underactive. In addition, logistical issues continue to negatively impact the pace of trade.
Experts also point out that market participants in the short term a further weakening of prices for flex seeds not ruled out in Kazakhstan.
