This cereal surpasses the record of blueberries in the content of polyphenol compounds by times. And its mineral composition is represented by phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, calcium, sodium, iron, copper, silicon, aluminum, etc. It is worth noting that sorghum does not contain the important amino acid lysine, so it is recommended to combine it with other protein sources.
