Russia is considering lifting the export quota for Grains, which traditionally applies in the second half of the season. This was stated to journalists by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Victoria Abramchenko on October 11, Interfax reports.
The question is being edited. The harvest is big, so in principle there are probably no prerequisites for introducing quantitative restrictions.
