The Council of Ministers of Belarus approved the temporary ban on the export of Wheat, Rye, Barley, Corn, Millet, Buckwheat, Oats and other grain types extended. This regulation is officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal.
The regulation does not apply to goods exported from Belarus for international humanitarian aid to foreign states based on government decisions and as stocks, to goods transported within the framework of international transit traffic starting and ending outside the customs territory of the EAEU, for Goods placed under customs procedures in a Member State of the EAEU and transported through transit through the territory of Belarus, it is stated that the Regulation does not affect goods transported within the framework of international transit traffic beginning and ending outside the customs territory of the EAEU , be transported.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs must notify the Eurasian Economic Commission of the imposition of non-tariff regulatory measures and submit a proposal to the ECE for the imposition of interim measures in the customs territory of the EAEC similar to those set out in this regulation. This paragraph is effective from the date of adoption of this document.
The regulation will come into force after its official publication and will be valid for six months.
