The German Raiffeisen Association (DRV) has the forecast for the corn harvest of the country by 2022 in 23/100.000 Tonnen reduced to the previously announced value – to 3,5 million tons. The updated estimate is also 2021 million tonnes below the result for the 22/0,9 season.
At the same time, experts have the prognosis for the wheat production slightly increased in Germany – to 22,7 million tons (+1,3 million tons), Barley by 0,4 million tons to 11,3 million tons (+1,1), including winter barley by 0,3 million tons to 9,3 million tons (+0,4), spring barley by 0,1 million tons to 2 million tons (+0,5).
The prognosis for the rye production is 3,2 (+ 0,1) million tons, Triticale at 1,9 million tons (same as last season), Oats at 0,7 (-0,2) million tons.
