China reduced its soybean imports from Brazil by 15 percent in October


China in October this year imports of Soybean from Brazil reduced by 15% per year due to high oil prices and extremely low processing revenues, the Nasdaq reports.

Total imports of oil to the People's Republic of China also fell in October - by 19% to 4,14 million tons, the lowest since 2014.

It is also reported that the volume of soybean shipments from the USA last month was 772,9 thousand tons, which is generally the same as October last year (775,3 thousand tons).

In the first 10 months of this year, China imported 49,31 million tons Soybeans from Brazil (52,75 million tons in 2021) and 20,1 million tons from the USA (22,57 million tons in 2021).
