Australia slightly reduced its wheat exports in August


In August this year, the country has its wheat exports up 3% from the previous month to 2,51 million Tonnen reduced, compared to 2,58 million tonnes in July 2022, Grain Central estimates the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS).

In particular, the main amounts of Grains shipped to Indonesia (419,22 thousand tons), as well as to the Philippines (411,5 thousand tons) and China (298,8 thousand tons). It is noted that grain deliveries to China more than doubled compared to the previous month (687,5 thousand tons), which, according to experts, is due to an increase in the supply of black wheat on the market.

Separately, it should be noted that the export of Wheat in containers in August mainly to Vietnam (51,3 thousand tons), Taiwan (37,7 thousand tons), Indonesia (24,9 thousand tons), Malaysia (28,8 thousand tons) and Thailand (26,1 thousand tons ) took place.
